Method
Like 2x + 3 = 11, x^2 − 5x + 6 = 0, or 2^x = 10. For a system, put one equation per line or separate them with ;.
Exact values (fractions and radicals) where possible, decimals otherwise, with complex roots marked.
Linear and quadratic equations, polynomial equations with rational roots, and systems of linear equations. Other roots, and equations with exponentials or trig functions, are found numerically.
Trig equations repeat forever. The solver lists every solution in the search range (−100 to 100 by default), which you can change.
The solver says so: no solution means the equations contradict each other; infinitely many means some equations repeat the same information.
