Each file must be under 4 GB and there can be up to 65,535 files — the limits of standard ZIP. The whole ZIP is built in your browser's memory, so very large archives depend on your device.
JPEG, PNG, MP4, MP3, PDF and similar files are already compressed, so they're stored as they are; zipping them again saves almost nothing.
Not here — encrypted ZIPs aren't supported. To protect files, use the File encryption tool.
